FUNERAL PLANNING
Please take a few moments to provide the information about your loved one using the form below, including choosing readings and sacred music selections. Filling out your loved one’s personal information will enable the presiding priest to preach more meaningfully during the funeral homily.
If desired, invite family members or friends to be involved as readers, offertory gift bearers and honorary pallbearers during the Mass.
A volunteer member of our Ministry of Consolation team will offer their assistance in preparing for the funeral Mass. They will arrange to meet with you prior to the Mass to answer any questions you might have regarding selecting readings and hymns for the funeral liturgy and providing the requested personal information about your loved one.
Please note, if you choose not to select the readings and hymns for the Mass, the Minister will choose them for you. The Minister may also assist the priest at the funeral Mass.
